Program Abstract
Emergency responders want to be seen as professionals. But what does that mean? How do you demonstrate professionalism in every aspect of your job, particularly in roadway response? This program delves into the topic of professionalism at the organizational and personal level to give both leadership and boots-on-the-ground responders concrete models for what professionalism looks like and how to achieve it in their department.
